Motorists were perplexed by an odd sight Thursday morning along Campbell Drive in the Kennebecasis Valley.

But the drivers weren't nearly as perplexed as the skunk. The animal had stuck its head in a drinking cup and couldn't get it off.

Much to the frustration of drivers, the animal kept going from one side of the road to the other and holding up traffic as it struggled to remove the cup. Police said they received no reports of any animal in distress.
